Give the girls 8-14 years old in your life an opportunity to grow physically and emotionally with movement and discussion on building a healthy self-esteem, proper hygiene and a strong healthy body. Attend one or all 6 classes meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays July 12-July 28, 11am-12pm. Space is limited so sign up today. All six classes are $90 or pay per class at $20 per class.
