This week’s word of the week is STRENGTH. This got me thinking about inner strength. As a fitness studio, we always focus on physical strength. However, here at GEFS, we also focus on mental and emotional strength. Where do we find this mental and emotional strength?
I believe that our mental and emotional strength comes from our choice of thoughts. How do I want to live my life? Positively or negatively? Am I the author or victim of my story? It is a choice based on our thoughts, because thoughts manifest into emotions. Then, just like our physical strength, which increases with practice, so does our mental and emotional strength. The more we practice shifting our thoughts to positivity, the more we live a positive life. The easiest place to start living positively is with gratitude.
