Erin Bremer

Erin has been teaching group fitness for over 20 years. She teaches from a faith and fitness perspective and loves all types of classes including drumming, strength, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). When not in the fitness studio, Erin and her husband, Geoff, are out on the baseball and softball fields coaching and cheering for their three favorite players.
